Coming from a background in multiple representative sports including athletics, basketball, tennis and touch football I always figured my career path would follow into the health and fitness industry. Moving into the gym I soon fell in love with a different style of fitness to what I had been exposed to spending all those years on the sporting field. One of the coolest moments in life is realising that your body did what it could not do two weeks ago.

Getting to know your body and what works for you is one of the most important lessons you can learn for longevity in the training arena no matter what you are working towards. Fitness and programming should not be a “one fits all” cookie cutting approach. I take your health and training seriously and have dedicated a large portion of my adult life and career to date enrolled in further tertiary study. Health and fitness isn’t always about lifting a dumbbell ten times, it’s really a science. I have experienced the average weekend warrior, clinical/ rehabilitation clients and athletes from many disciplines and levels. No matter who you are lets work towards your goals and have some fun in the process.
